The Power of Being YOU!

Set sail on a journey of self-discovery, authenticity, and personal growth. This session invites students to explore what it means to show up as their full selves—confidently, respectfully, and with purpose. Through reflection, engaging discussions, and interactive tools, participants will learn to navigate complex social dynamics, clarify their core values, and identify their personal strengths.
You’ll explore topics like belonging, respectful communication, values clarification, StrengthsFinder, True Colors, and code-switching—all with the goal of helping every student feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Whether you’re discovering who you are or learning how to better connect with others, this session is your compass for smoother sailing ahead.
