The NC State University Hallowed Places Collection, featuring The Court of North Carolina on its label, was released on May 1, just in time for National Wine Month in North Carolina. In addition to the licensed wine series, NC State works with wineries across the state on research and extension projects.
Mark Hoffmann, an assistant professor in the Department of Horticultural Science and NC State Extension small fruits specialist, gives an inside look at the North Carolina wine industry and the local vineyards behind the NC State University’s Hallowed Places Collection.
