NC State Phytotron<\/h3>\n \n\n \t \t NC State Phytotron concentrates on applied and basic research related to agricultural problems in the southeastern United States. The ability to control all phases of the environment allows for the inclusion of research dealing with all aspects of plant science.<\/p>\n\t \t \n

Tove Seminar Room<\/h3>\n \n\n \t \t The Tove Seminar Room is named for Samuel B. Tove, an authority on lipid metabolism. Tove taught at NC State for nearly four decades and was honored as a William Neal Reynolds Professor in 1975 and a fellow in the American Society for Nutrition in 1990. He served as chair of the biochemistry department from 1975 until his retirement in 1987. The Tove Seminar Room is in Polk Hall, Room 128A, and with 40 seats, a PC, a projector, and a 70″ spark board.<\/p>\n\t \t \n
