Increase Engagement & Accountability Through Effective Icebreakers: Icebreakers foster team communication and help teammates get to know one another and their team. Icebreakers are an important tool to help teammates feel more comfortable as they enter or re-enter the workplace post-Covid. Participants for this event will share Ice-Breakers that they have experienced and found effective. Teams will then select top ice-breakers and create a best practice icebreaker activity sheet. The top icebreakers will be implemented with the large group. Participants will leave with a resource that allows them to implement icebreakers back in their workplace.
