Struggling with managing your data storage as NC State University moves forward with its Google storage reducation plan? CALS<\/span> Information Technology<\/a> is here to help with in-person, one-on-one drop-in sessions designed to guide you through your data storage challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Three upcoming sessions will take place on the following days:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Last month, CALS IT hosted a Data Storage Town Hall to discuss the university’s changes in Google storage. Information presented at the town hall can be accessed through the Data Storage Town Hall Presentation Slides<\/a>. CALS IT can also provide a link to a recording of the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In April, all employee storage quotas must be no more than 100 GB, and all faculty, staff, student and individual user exceptions will be removed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Employees whose Google accounts or shared drives exceed their storage quota should contact CALS IT for assistance and information on how to reduce their data.
