Information presented at the town hall can be accessed through the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/presentation\/d\/e\/2PACX-1vQXWHDZ1OIoR2UN2R_LpCo4GE9MxGd3yiVXaTBeVxSCHqaC-q65rK3Zl1eCbr4EfA_l6I8qQE_WtyRZ\/pub?start=false&amp;loop=false&amp;delayms=3000&amp;slide=id.p\">Data Storage Town Hall Presentation Slides<\/a>. CALS IT can also provide a link to a recording of the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In April, all employee storage quotas must be no more than 100 GB, and all faculty, staff, student and individual user exceptions will be removed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Employees whose Google accounts or shared drives exceed their storage quota should contact CALS IT for assistance and information on how to reduce their data.
