Over the past several years CALS has refined our online tool for\u00a0Annual<\/span>\u00a0Activity<\/span>\u00a0Reporting<\/span>\u00a0(AAR) as well as the process for identifying employees required to submit\u00a0activity<\/span>\u00a0data. NC State requires all faculty members to submit an\u00a0annual<\/span>\u00a0activity<\/span>\u00a0report<\/span>\u00a0outlining professional\u00a0activities<\/span>\u00a0and achievements as part of the\u00a0annual<\/span>\u00a0review process.<\/p>\n

In addition, CALS uses\u00a0annual<\/span>\u00a0activity<\/span>\u00a0reports<\/span>\u00a0for faculty and EHRA non-faculty to share the impact of CALS\u00a0activities<\/span>\u00a0with stakeholders and justify continued funding. Department heads may use the AAR to assist with completing EHRA non-faculty performance reviews. The information is used for resource allocation decision-making. The system is now available for you to enter 2023\u00a0activities<\/span>. All\u00a0Annual<\/span>\u00a0Activity<\/span>\u00a0Reports<\/span> are due Feb. 1, 2024.<\/p>\n
