Collin Blalock’s entrepreneurial story began in Wilson, NC, in 2012. After talking to his father, he got the idea to grow and sell southern peas for a summer job. Collin turned half an acre of land and three varieties of peas into the thriving business that is Collin’s Produce today.

Collin now grows over 75 varieties of produce and flowers. Collin’s Produce sells to the public, grocery stores, restaurants, wholesalers, farmers markets and florists.

And now Collin’s Produce is bringing the farm right to NC State! Collin’s Produce has just launched the NC State Centennial Campus Produce Box.

Every Tuesday from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. beginning on June 25 through August 13, 2019, Collin’s Produce will be on Centennial Campus to pass out purchased produce boxes in the Venture Courtyard (near where the food trucks park on Centennial Campus).

Read more and sign up for your produce box on Collin’s Produce Website. Cut flowers will also be available on Tuesday’s for purchase.
