PCard Pick-Up for CALS Cardholders

Bell Tower and Raleigh skyline.

NCSU PCards are set to expire on November 30, 2020. To allow for safe and efficient distribution of new cards, the CBO has created walk-up and drive-up events for campus PCard holders to pick up their new PCard. Please note that PCards may only be picked up by the cardholder. An individual will not be allowed to pick up PCards for other individuals or groups of individuals. It is not required that cardholders turn in their old PCards. Old PCards should be shredded and discarded.

After the distribution dates, CBO Business Services will review PCards not picked up and have a process to distribute the remaining cards. Questions regarding PCard pick-up may be sent to Michelle Butts at mnbutts@ncsu.edu.

For staff and faculty in the following locations, PCards will be mailed to their work location:

Butner Beef Cattle Field Lab
Pamlico Aquaculture Field Lab
Central Crops Research Station
Horticultural Crops Research Station (Castle Hayne)
