State Health Plan Dependent Eligibility Audit
The State Health Plan (SHP) will be conducting a dependent eligibility audit over the next few weeks. This will impact staff or faculty who have a spouse and/or child covered by the SHP. The audit requires documents verifying dependent eligibility to be uploaded, faxed or emailed to the State Health Plan no later than July 31, 2017.
The State Health Plan has mailed letters detailing information and instructions about the audit to the homes of employees with dependent coverage, and our office has sent e-mails to those affected.

If employees have questions specifically about the dependent eligibility audit, they may contact the State Health Plan Enrollment Center at 1-855-859-0966. Otherwise, they may contact the HR Benefits Office at 919-515-2151 or your assigned Benefits Consultant.
We are excited about the new WolfTime Timekeeping and Leave System coming July 1, 2017, and we need your assistance. It is imperative that departments/colleges ensure the following are done:
- Only approved leave actions and balances will transfer from the existing leave system to the new WolfTime system. Therefore, all pending leave must be approved no later than June 23, 2017. Any actions or leave not approved will NOT migrate to the new system, and will affect employees’ leave balances.
- All monthly breakdowns must be printed and signed for your employees by June 23, 2017. The current web leave system will be moved to “read-only” (no more actions) at 5 PM on June 23rd as we transition to WolfTime.

WolfTime Leave and Time Approvals
WolfTime is part of the HR System as it goes live on July 1, 2017. Managers will be required to approve time and leave requests. The system is built to look at the “Reports To” field in the HR System. Whoever is listed in the “Reports To” field will receive the email reminders about time and leave approval. This is different from how the current web leave system is set up.
We are asking that department managers ensure that the “Reports To” field is correct for all SHRA, EHRA and Postdoc employees. Managers, please use the public query found at: HR_ACTIVE_RPRTS_TO_SUPRV_ID to see your list of employees and the “Reports To” name listed. Run the query and it will allow you to see all those you have access to. Please make any updates to this field by June 23, 2017.
