FBNS Wins Big at IFT Annual Meeting

The Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) annual meeting is one of the country’s largest gatherings of food scientists, attended by students, faculty, staff and industry representatives. This year, more than 20,000 people participated in the meeting in Chicago.

Our Department of Food, Bioprocessing and Nutrition Sciences (FBNS) racked up a number of awards at this year’s meeting, including the Food Science Club winning “Chapter of the Year,” besting other clubs from across the nation.

Congratulations to these FBNS winners! If you’d like more information about the event, including FBNS presentations, posters and photos, visit https://fbns.ncsu.edu/ift.
