There are some important and very helpful tools that covers all the elements of how to get to a rating that accurately reflects the employee’s performance. 2) Supervisors are also required to complete a new SHRA Performance Appraisal document for the new review cycle at this time as well. You can complete both the performance appraisal and new work plan in the same meeting.3) Ensure you schedule enough time to meet with your employee(s) to discuss their performance and goals.
