I produced a plasmid incorporating multiple areas of control, including a hammerhead ribozyme and the Tet-On system, for later use in the research of chicken PCGs. I gained lots of experience in essential laboratory techniques, such as Gibson Assembly, PCR, competent cell transformation, gel electrophoresis, and digestion of DNA.
