Staff

This two-level, staff leadership development program focuses on the development of personal leadership and skills to increase employee satisfaction and performance. Both levels of the program are funded by the CALS Dean’s office and coordinated through the CALS HR office. Level 2 focuses on deeper on issues of interest to previous Level 1 participants, including work/life balance, time management, team-building, and conflict management. Response has been high, with over 150 staff members participating in three CALS Proud Staff sessions. The CALS Proud Staff session I runs in the fall and session II runs in the spring.

Forty-five new faculty members are currently participating in our first CALS Proud Faculty session. The next leadership session will begin March 2017 and close in May.
