“Body Building: Tannin and Structure in Hybrid Red Wines”

Associate Professor of Enology, Cornell AgriTech

Dr. Mansfield is a professor in the food science department at Cornell. She began her career in the wine industry in North Carolina’s Yadkin Valley. Currently, she focuses her efforts on aiding small regional wineries through enology extension, wine sensory evaluation, and research on hybrid wine phenolics and fermentation nutrition. She will talk about hybrid red wine grape production and quality. See attachments for further details!
