Cucumber Avocado Salad
1 avocado, chopped
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
4 tbsp. fresh dill, finely chopped
12 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
3 tbsp. vinegar, white balsamic or white wine
1 tsp. of salt
Mix all ingredient together in bowl. Chill for at least 1 hour before enjoying.
