Building a Top-Notch Online Food Safety Program
Clint Stevenson, a food science assistant professor, develops courses using reality-based systems such as videos, games and virtual reality to train professionals on how to protect our food supply.
We work closely with industry in North Carolina around the nation to improve health and well-being through research, extension education and outreach regarding food, food safety and food processing.
Faculty, staff and industry partners dedicate their time and expertise to develop and deliver professional training programs for management, technical personnel, and workers in the food industry.
