Description of Work

Oversee the daily operations of The Howling Cow Dairy Education Center and Creamery. I teach and supervise our student-only staff, including the basics of customer service, ice cream knowledge, and engaging with the public through teaching agricultural education on the NC State Dairy Farm

Background

Courtney joined the Howling Cow team after creating and operating an award-winning chocolate company in Colorado. She graduated magna cum laude from Le Cordon Bleu and is now focusing those culinary skills on her passion for ice cream.
