If you are a middle or high school teacher interested in bringing food science into your classroom, the CASE Institute Food Science and Safety course is for you! NC State University is hosting this professional development opportunity in summer 2022. The workshop and course materials prepare you to facilitate food science lessons in your classroom.
Upon completion of this workshop, you will be certified to teach the Food Science and Safety course developed by CASE. You will also receive the entire curriculum, complete with lesson plans, lab activities, PowerPoint presentations, quizzes, answer keys, assessment rubrics, and more.
