NC State Extension Summer Internship Program Information Table

NC State Extension Summer Internship Program invites undergraduate and graduate students to come visit our table in the Talley Student Union lobby to learn about our internship program.
The program prepares students for challenging and rewarding careers. Internships are available across North Carolina. Interns work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks and will earn $12 per hour or $4,800 over the 10 weeks. Visit the FAQ page for information about qualifications, academic credit, how to apply and more.
Applicants must submit the following by Feb. 21:
- Two references with contact information
- A resume that includes their major and current GPA
- Their latest college or university transcript. Unofficial transcripts are acceptable.
- A list of specific county locations to which the applicant is applying.
- Submit an event to the University calendar
Be sure to select the department “College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.” Events submitted to “College of Agriculture and Life Sciences” will be reviewed and added to the appropriate calendars.
