NC State and Longwood Online Plant ID Classes

The NC State Department of Horticulture Science has partnered with Longwood Gardens, one of the premier botanical gardens in the world, to provide a fully online introduction to plant identification. We are offering the following classes March 21-May 2:
“Annuals, Perennials, Vines, and Groundcovers””Houseplants, Succulents, and Cacti””Vegetables, Herbs, Fruits, and Nuts”These classes will teach you the key identifying characteristics of these plants and how to use them in the landscape while giving you the skills to identify other plants you’ll encounter outside of the class. Discounts are available for master gardener volunteers, NC State Extension professionals and JC Raulston volunteers.
