What a great time of year to talk about the art and science of growing plants in containers. The JC Raulston Arboretum will host a workshop that will cover all you need to know about container gardening: containers, media, watering, fertilizing, design and plant selection. First, we will learn the principles, and then everyone in the class will be able to practice creating their own container garden. Bryce Lane, former host of the public television show In the Garden With Bryce Lane, will lead the workshop.
