CALS Cares Lunch & Learn Workshop: Mindfulness Tools to Effectively Study for Finals – and Beyond [In-Person]

Join CALS for our inaugural CALS Cares Study & Self-Care workshop series in April!
Through lunch & learn workshops, we’ll help you identify ways to practice self-care while also preparing for your finals.
Dr. Rhonda Sutton, interim assistant director for student success, will guide students through mindfulness tools to effectively study for finals. She will help students explore how to maintain positive mindfulness and how that can help students prepare for their final exams!
In-person spots are limited to 24 participants, so sign up soon to claim your spot! Lunch will be provided during in-person workshops, and goodie bags will be offered to all participants!
