Arthropods associated with corn, cotton, and soybeans



Biology, ecology, and management of arthropods associated with corn, cotton, and soybeans. Effects of agricultural prodcution practices, including pesticides, tillage, planting regimes, and genetically modified plant genotypes on arthropod community structure with particular emphasis on pest population dynamics and management. Study of multiple stress factors and their interactions in field crops produced under conventional and alternative production systems. Development of sustainable IPM systems for field crops including genetically modified crop cultivars. Adaptation of Helicoverpa zea to transgenic insecticidal toxins.
