The conference will be held\u00a0Aug. 22-25, 2016 in\u00a0Asheville, North Carolina.<\/p>\n<p>With preserving, enhancing, and restoring the entire riparian ecosystem in mind,\u00a0EcoStream is the primary conference that focuses on stream restoration for the\u00a0southeast region. This well-attended event facilitates discussions among restoration\u00a0practitioners, managers and scientists towards advancing ecological restoration to\u00a0better achieve functional inter-connectedness of wetlands, streams, hydrology, riparian\u00a0corridors and the biologic communities they support.<\/p>\n<p>EcoStream is a valuable forum for exchanging ideas and experiences that encourages\u00a0continuing research and enhances networking among restoration professionals. We\u00a0invite the academic and professional community to join us\u00a0for EcoStream 2016: Ridgeline to Thalweg.
