Dr. Alan York Receives Career Achievement Award
Dr. Alan York recently received the ACES Career Achievement Award at the University of Illinois where he completed his PhD in Weed Science in the Crop Science Department. Dr. York is a William Neal Reynolds Distinguished Professor Emeritus, the most prestigious named professorship in the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences at NC State. With over 38 years of experience in weed science research, extension, and teaching, Dr. York has excelled in every element of the land-grant mission throughout his career.
