With over two decades of expertise in organizational behavior, Jackie\u2019s work is driven by a central mission: building resilient academic cultures where people and systems thrive in tandem. She specializes in navigating the complexities of shared governance, translating high-level data into the pragmatic, day-to-day realities of the modern university. Jackie remains active in the classroom, teaching leadership theory and qualitative research while pioneering innovative experiential learning opportunities that challenge students to lead with both pragmatism and compassion.<\/p>\n<p>As the longtime former Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Leadership Education and an award-winning author, she is a prominent voice in cultivating the next generation of critical thinkers.
