In our department, we educate students in agriculture and human sciences, find solutions to problems and extend knowledge to create healthy communities for youth and families. Our graduates teach in formal and non-formal settings, work with nonprofits and community and government agencies, and are employed in various positions of agriculture and human sciences sectors. In our department, you will learn from a diverse group of faculty and experts across many fields who are all focused on improving the lives of farmers, families, youth, individuals, and communities.<\/p>\n\n\n

Agriculture involves a range of disciplines beyond the local farm. Many graduates travel the globe\u2014delivering agricultural advances to farmers around the world. Students can choose one of three majors toward a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree.<\/p>\n\t \t \n
