Dr. Carolyn Dunn Awarded National EFNEP Champion

As part of an event honoring 50 years of the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) success in Arlington, VA, Dr. Carolyn Dunn, NC State University Depart. Head and Professor, was recognized as a National EFNEP Champion.

Dr. Dunn is instrumental in the development of the curriculum, Families Eating Smart and Moving More, one of the top three curricula used by the program for outreach to adult audiences and she was also instrumental in initiating the NC EFNEP Endowment fund.

Dr. Dunn is nationally recognized for her contributions throughout her career in support of EFNEP education and outreach to low-income audiences.
