Whether your goal is to connect people to agriculture or to support youth and families in a community-based setting, we offer a pathway to nurture your growth. We excel at preparing agricultural professionals to teach, lead and serve as well as training emerging or experienced professionals to educate youth and families.

About
We aim to improve the health and well-being of youth, families and communities, both locally and globally.
We Improve Lives and Advance Agriculture

Our History
The Youth, Family, and Community Sciences program and the Agricultural and Extension Education program are now united under the Department of Agricultural and Human Sciences. Both programs have long empowered their graduates to become leaders -- serving others for the overall education, health and well-being of society. Housing these programs under one department will long benefit future students as well as the communities they serve.
