2019 Administrative Leadership Meetings

Regular administrative leadership meetings provide an effective means of sharing information and updates between CALS academic and leadership units including important administrative issues, such as personnel/financial processes and college-wide initiatives. The format, and expected attendance, for these meetings is changing.

The DD meetings are held each week, and this is where much of the college business (during an open session) and personnel issues (during a closed session) are discussed. The regular DDD meetings are meant to be informal, discussion-oriented sessions with a back and forth exchange of information and ideas. Announcements will now be shared in a Google Folder – allowing even more time for discussion. To foster this new collaborative atmosphere and dialogue, attendance will be limited to department heads and a select group of administrators (shown below). The DDD+ meetings are more informational based and will focus on administrative, policy and other college-based updates. The DDD+ meeting is open to a wider leadership group (also shown below).
