NCSU Poultry Science Club
Academic Year 2008-2009 Officers and Faculty Advisers
Co-curricular activities are a valuable part of your college education, and participation in such activities can provide an invigorating change of pace from your daily classroom routine. You may elect to participate in the Poultry Science Club or other university based clubs. The Poultry Science Club sponsors numerous events during the academic year, including: a petting zoo at the State Fair, an annual Thanksgiving smoked turkey sale, an annual awards banquet in the spring, a three-day trip to the U.S. Poultry and Egg Convention in Atlanta, GA, and a week's trip to the beach or mountains following graduation.
Bi-weekly meetings with dinner are also held, so that students have the opportunity to get to know their classmates and faculty advisers well.
