Responsibilities:
- Assist Dr. Jeanine Davis with her organic, herb, mushroom, and specialty crops research and extension program.
- Assist current and interested farmers with diversifying into medicinal herb production.
- Help market NC grown medicinal herbs by connecting buyers with growers.
- Assist farmers with arranging for lab testing and other quality control issues of their medicinal herbs.
- Give presentations on medicinal herb production.
