Undergraduate students Megan Morse and Keiko Wadsworth, both minoring in Genetics, won research awards at the 21st Annual NCSU Undergraduate Research Spring Symposium. Megan is a senior Biological Sciences major working in the labs of Drs. David Threadgill and Jim Mahaffey. Her winning research poster was titled 'Correlation between Genotype and Mouse Limb Length'. Keiko is a junior Microbiology major working in Dr. Threadgill's laboratory with postdoctoral fellow Dr. Michelle DeSimone. Her winning resesarch poster was titled 'Environmental Carcinogen-Induced Retinal Degeneration in a Population-Based Mouse Model'.
