The Department of Genetics consists of a highly interactive group of scientists with foci in quantitative, developmental and computational genetics. The department also administers outstanding undergraduate and graduate training programs in genetics, partly supported by an NIH training grant on ’The Genetic Architecture of Quantitative Traits’.

Graduate Minor |
The Graduate Minor in Genetics is available for students completing a Master of Science or a Doctor of Philosophy. To obtain a minor in Genetics, the student must obtain approval from the Director of Genetics Academics Programs, and make a grade of B- or better in each of the required courses listed below.
