Graphic Identity Guidelines The College's wordmark should be integrated into all printed, Web and visual productions distributed by College of Agriculture and Life Sciences' faculty and staff. This PDF file provides guidelines.

Logos You may download the logo by following the appropriate link below. Use the research logo for pieces involving only the research service; the extension logo for those involving only the Extension service; and the academics logo for those involving only Academic Programs. For pieces relating to the entire College or to more than one of its functions, use the CALS logo.

Use the red-and-black or black-and-gray version for two- or full-color printing (offset, digital or ink jet) or electronic display. Use red only for documents that will be printed on documents that will be printed on white paper if black will not be used. Use the solid black version for documents that will be photocopied or printed on colored paper.

• TIFF Files Use these files for printed publictions, including those printed on laser and inkjet printers. Many print vendors use TIFF files for high-resolution offset and digital printing. NOTE: TIFF bitmap wordmarks can be reduced but not enlarged; however, do not alter the proportions.

• JPEG Files Use these for Web sites and onscreen presentations, such as PowerPoint presentations. NOTE: JPEG bitmap wordmarks can be reduced but not enlarged; however, do not alter the proportions.

  • Academic Programs red-and-black | black-and-gray | red only | solid black
  • Extension red-and-black | black-and-gray | red only | solid black

• EPS Files These Encapsulated Postscript format files can be used for offset printing. Some print vendors prefer them; they can be "spot color" separated (PMS 186 and black). NOTE: EPS vector wordmarks can be reduced and enlarged; however, do not alter the proportions.
