“Campaign for Counties”
The North Carolina Cooperative Extension Service Foundation (NCCESF) has committed to support the efforts of the County Centers of the NC Cooperative Extension Service (CES). Because Cooperative Extension Programs “happen” at the local level, the Foundation has created a comprehensive campaign that will allow each Extension Center to benefit from private gifts. This campaign has been appropriately named the “Campaign for Counties.”
The campaign provides numerous ways for County Extension Centers and programs to be involved in creating legacies that will benefit North Carolina's citizens forever. There are a variety of funds, each designed to meet different needs of the counties. They may be funded by individuals or organizations wishing to name a fund or they may be funded through efforts of agents, volunteers, and alumni or clients who have benefited from CES.
